We aim to make an investment in a business of moderate scale with a competitive edge that we plan to own for a long time.

We are not private equity, and our objective is not to resell the business we acquire in the short term. When you sell your business to us, you are entrusting ownership to a group of passionate entrepreneurs and investors who are committed to the long-term growth and prosperity of your business, staff and other stakeholders.

We are flexible on our deal structure, and can acquire up to 100% of the equity.

We have a particular focus on franchising, but we are open to investing in other business models.
